Sign of the Cross
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
Amen.
The Lord’s Prayer
Our Father, who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name;
Thy kingdom come; Thy will be done
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread;
and forgive us our trespasses
as we forgive those who trespass against us;
and lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
Amen.
Hail Mary
Hail, Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners,
now and at the hour of our death.
Amen.
Glory Be
Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit.
As it was in the beginning, is now, and will be forever.
Amen.
The Apostles’ Creed
I believe in God,
the Father almighty,
Creator of heaven and earth,
and in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord,
who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,
born of the Virgin Mary,
suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, died, and was buried;
he descended into hell;
on the third day he rose again from the dead;
he ascended into heaven,
and is seated at the right hand of God the Father almighty;
from there he will come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the holy catholic Church,
the communion of saints,
the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body,
and life everlasting.
Amen.
Hail Holy Queen
Hail, Holy Queen, Mother of Mercy,
our life, our sweetness, and our hope!
To you we cry,
poor banished children of Eve;
to you we send up our sighs,
mourning and weeping in this vale of tears.
Turn, then, most gracious advocate,
your eyes of mercy toward us;
and after this, our exile,
show to us the blessed fruit of your womb, Jesus.
O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary!
Prayer to the Holy Spirit
Come, Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of your faithful,
and kindle in them the fire of your love.
Send forth your Spirit and they shall be created,
and you will renew the face of the earth.
Prayer Before the Blessed Sacrament
Lord Jesus, I believe that you are truly present in the Eucharist.
As I receive you in
Holy Communion,
help me to love as you loved,
serve as you served,
so I can be the Body
of Christ to others.
Amen.
Anima Christi/ Soul of Christ
Soul of Christ, sanctify me
Body of Christ, save me
Blood of Christ, inebriate me
Water from Christ’s side, wash me
Passion of Christ, strengthen me
O good Jesus, hear me
Within Thy wounds hide me
Suffer me not to be separated from Thee
From the malicious enemy defend me
In the hour of my death call me
And bid me come unto Thee
That I may praise Thee with Thy saints
and with Thy angels
Forever and ever
Amen
Grace Before Meals
Bless us, O Lord, and these thy
gifts which we are about to
receive from thy bounty through
Christ our Lord.
Amen.
Grace After Meals
Father of mercy, we praise you and give you glory
for the wonderful gifts you have given us: for life and health, for faith and love, and for this meal we have shared together.
Father, we thank you through Christ our Lord.
Amen.
Act of Hope
O Lord God, I hope by your grace for
the pardon of all my sins and after
life here to gain eternal happiness
because you have promised it who
are infinitely powerful, faithful, kind,
and merciful. In this hope I intend to live and die.
Amen.
Act of Love
O Lord God, I love you above all
things and I love my neighbor for
your sake because you are the highest, infinite and perfect good, worthy of all my love. In this love I intend to live and die. Amen.
Act of Contrition
My God,
I am sorry for my sins
with all my heart.
In choosing to do wrong
and failing to do good,
I have sinned against you
whom I should love above all things.
I firmly intend, with your help,
to do penance,
to sin no more,
and to avoid whatever leads me to sin.
Our Savior Jesus Christ
suffered and died for us.
In his name, my God, have mercy.
— Rite of Penance
Fatima Invocation
O my Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of hell, and lead all souls to heaven, especially those most in need of thy mercy
The Unity Prayer of the Lord Jesus Christ
Our Lord Jesus Christ taught Elizabeth Kindelman a new prayer, and He invited her to propagate it, since He considers it to be a powerful means to blind Satan. Jesus told Elizabeth: “This prayer is an instrument in your hands. By collaborating with Me, Satan will be blinded by it; and because of his blindness, souls will not be led into sin.”
May our feet journey together,
May our hands gather in unity,
May our hearts beat in unison,
May our souls be in harmony,
May our thoughts be as one,
May our ears listen to the silence together,
May our glances profoundly penetrate each other,
May our lips pray together to gain mercy from the Eternal Father. Amen.
